What data we process
Dr. Nova requires no sign-up. We process: data you voluntarily enter in the consultation (sex, age, body area, answers), which may be health data; your IP address, only for security and anti-abuse limits; data stored on your device (language, history, preferences).
Why and legal basis
To give you an informational evaluation: your explicit consent (Art. 9.2.a GDPR), given by starting a consultation. Service security: legitimate interest. Personalised ads: your consent, revocable at any time.
Who receives it
Consultation texts are processed by AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) via the Emergent platform, possibly outside the EU with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Ads are provided by Google AdSense. We never sell your data.
How long
Consultations are deleted automatically after 30 days. IP addresses used for anti-abuse limits after 1 hour. Data on your device stays until you delete it (History → Clear).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and withdraw consent by writing to [email@esempio.it]. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
